$10 flat rate shipping on orders under $60
$20 flat rate shipping on international orders.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Melbourne studio within two business days of the order being placed.
All items are trackable and sent with Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service. Emissions are offset through two projects, The Tassie Native Forest Protection Project and the Ghanaian Cookstove Project through Climate Friendly

A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can notify the carrier.The Klei Store is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages but will always do our best to remedy the situation.
